Saint had to bail from the sky, his wings almost catching fire.He dropped hard, hitting a tree and bouncing off onto the gravel path.He stood up and brushed himself off, flying painfully slow after the dragon again, knowing the dragon wouldn't get far anyway with its wounded wing.

Clamnor felt her strength ebbing away, her vision swam, her head ached, suddenly everything went black. The dragon fell from the skies, falling down upon the roof of the dragon stables, crashing through timber until she met the cold stone floor with the satisfying crunch of bone one would expect. She was unconcious, barely clinging to life.

Saint descended from the sky and into the crash scene. He looked at the dragon's pitiful form and felt bad for the poor thing. Its freedom was stripped of it much like his, and the backbone to retaliate. If his sons weren't held captive, he'd have done the same thing the dragon did.
He sighed, and grunted as he lifted the dragon's immense bulk and put her into a more comfortable position. He used what little gauze he had with him to bandage the dragon's wing, then took off back to the Dark Knight's fortress.

Clamnor awoke, her head throbbed, she managed to raise her head and saw her wounds were bandaged, with a grunt she fell once more, losing her grip on conciencness once more, and in a way...welcoming the painless black. ---------------------------------------- Alayna was walking towards her study when she heard the dragon escape, she had forseen this, but then again, she had Saint. Why worry? She though, if the dragon was not going to cooporate, why keep it, the cost of housing it was great and she was sure Saint would kill it, if not mortally wound it.

Saint arrived in the fortress and walked to his chamber to find a new cloak to wear.FInding what he wanted, he put it on and left the room with a distant look, the look he had whenever he had slain something.

Alayna saw Saint before she entered her study, thinking better she walked at a brisk pace up to him, his expression gave her the answer to her question, but, none the less, she asked it anyway. "So, did you stop the dragon and the..youth?" She asked her eyes probing.

He did not look at Alayna, but continued to stare into space,"Yes, M'Lady." he waiting patiently for his Lord's reaction to the dragon she wanted so badly being killed.

Alayna glared at him and drew a dagger. She slapped Saint on his cheek with the blunt of the blade, forcing him to look at her. "You look at me when you speak." She hissed, her eyes narrowed, as she sheathed the dagger slowly but left it loose in her belt. ------ Clamnor heard Alayna ouside the stable, she heard her cold voice cutting through the air. She was barely able to hold on to her conciencness she stood. The aching in her head was like the distant thrumming of her heart now, but still was painfull. The dull throb of the pain in her wing made her remember what had happend. She folded her broken wing carefully to her back, the gauze was colored a deep maroon with her dried blood. She grimiced at the pain but managed to walk towards the corridoor where the two, Saint and Alayna were speaking. She meant to kill him, for he had essensielly killed her, with no wing she could not fly. And without flight she was nothing, she'd rather die. She made it to the large doorway but finally the pain became too much, she fell, her bulk cracking the marble flooring slightly.

Saint gritted his teeth and look Alayna in the yes.His crimson eyes were on fire with rage,"Yes..M'Lady." His gaze turned to Clamnor who had just fell over and cocked an eyebrow,"Seems the dragon lived."

Alayna nodded, satisfied. She eyed Clamnor, then looked again to Saint. "You will learn respect." She hissed then glared at Clamnor, "Finish the job." She said flatly and spun on her heel returning to her study. Alayna entered the study and sighed. On her wall was a large tapestry, it depicted a great battle, three dragons hovered above, one had fallen and it's crimson blood seemed to seep into the very heart of the tapestry, giving it a red tint. She smiled as she fingered the fringe then turned her thoughts to another rouge dragon, Night's Shadow.

After recieving his order, he walked over to the defeated dragon," I must kill you.If I do fail to please M'Lady, she'll make me watch her kill my sons.." He unsheathed his deadly blade and raised it, ready to silence Clamnor.

Clamnor looked up, the blade was poised over her head. With renewed strength she stood up and roared, baring her venom filled fangs. She stalked closer to him, her tail lashing behind her. She raised a claw and knocked the blade out of his hand, though, not without suffering a minor cut on her scaled foot.

Alayna studied over the habits of the black male she had named Night's Shadow. He was currently kept in a stall near Clamnor's, suddenly a though came into her head, what if she were to breed Night's Shadow and Clamnor? The young would be the most spirited dragon's ever to roam the earth. She jumped up out of the chair and put on her cloak, her belt with its sword and the keys to the stalls. She ran off in the direction of the stables, she had to stop Saint from killing Clamnor.

Night watched the whole seen fold out as he hovered in the air. He had waited a while, then had followed the man with the dragon to a fortress. He dared not go any further, and so hid near the two statues, white wings still out and ready to flee.

Saint rolled and snatched his blade up and swiped at the dragon's throat, avoiding the lashing tail as best he could after his shoulder was grazed. He closed his raven wings to avoid them being smacked off in Clamnor's fury.
