The blade slashed her throat, blood poured from the cut, onto Saint. Alayna burst into the room and ran over to Clamnor who had fallen backwards, in a pool of her own blood. Alayna glared at Saint and dashed over to Clamnor, hurridly scanning her mind for a dark magic spell that would heal the wound. She finally found the spell and cast it hurridly, the dragon had lost much blood but it would, Derox willing, live. She turned from Clamnor, her clothes were covered in the dragon's blood as well as her own as the blood had eaten through her hands and knees. She glared at Saint one more time before returning to her study to nurse her wounds. On the way out she ordered a few guards to put the dragon in the strongest stall, the one with Night's Shadow in it.

Saint whipped his sword in the air, the corrosive blood spattering onto the guards. He sheathed the blade and watched the blood crust trying to burn through his chainmail. He ignored the blood that burned his skin and returned to his chamber to rest.

Alayna sat in her study, stripping off her clothes and changing into ones that were not covered in the dragon's blood. She was ranting to herself as she did this, finally, when she put on her other cloak to finish the outfit she had calmed down substanciously. She slumped into her black leather chair and sighed deeply. "Why don't I just kill him?" She asked herself knowing the answer. Because he is of more use dead than alive. She told herself as she fell into a light slumber.

Clamnor awoke again, this time thinking she was dead, there was a dull ache or rememberence where the blade had cut her throat though she could feel no real pain. She was in a large cage, it was very large actually, large enough to accomidate even three dragons her size. In the corner sat a large black male dragon, he was eyeing her carefully, his eyes imapassive. His entire body was black except for his ivory teeth and his black eyes with crimson flecks. He continued to stare intently then stood, Clamnor tried to do the same but fell. "Do not stand. You have lost much blood, you are lucky Alayna found use for you, else you would be dead now." He said, his voice was rough, corrosive. Her vision swam as she lost conciecness once more, her last though was of his eyes....His eyes, it seemed as if, as if, they could peer into her very soul, by this she was shaken.

Saint didn't bother to change clothes, and went straight to bed, too depressed to move anymore. It took him hours to finally give in to sleep, for after his depresssion ceased he was filled with rage.More rage than he's ever had before, enough to storm down through the fortress and slay that evil woman who destroyed his life and constantly berated him.

Night's Shadow sat in his corner, calmly watching over the younger Clamnor. He had tried to heal her with a bit of him dragon magic, but, the cage blocked the magic, prevented him from using anything, including his firey breath. Sighing deeply he curled up in the corner again, his tail twitching slightly and his wings furling and unfurling nervously.

A strong roar could be herd throughout the castle-like building. It echoed down halls and into the rooms of many. The sorce was down in the dungeon cells, where laid a male gold dragon. He had to be kept far from the others, for he was destructive & dangerous near other beasts. He roared again and slammed his broad wings against the thick metal bars. clawing at the enchanted stone walls. A fierce thought raced though his mind, weaving through all the obsticals that he put up to block unwanted thoughts. Tail colliding with the cold concrete floor that he stood upon. Being captive for weeks, he was still strong for his kind. Being one of the only few left in his race.

Night's Shadow touched the gold's mind, he had felt it when he first arrived, two days ago, the same time as Clamnor. He was a wild dragon, always had been. He stretched his wings faintly in the small space provided. "Is there any way you can escape great gold?" He asked sullenly. He knew the answer was no.

Calming down as he felt the entrance of another, the golden brute sadly looked down at his large claws. Sorry young one, but the force of these bars are stronger then the strength I hold. Lowering his skull down as he collapsed on the hard cold floor, from exhaustion.

Night's Shadow sighed and slumped down, his mightie wings folded to his sides. Clamnor awoke, her eyes wide and glanced around, seeing where she was she sighed and slumped back to the ground. I'm not going to die am I? She said, almost sounding dissapointed. No, but no worries little one, we will escape. Eventually He said gently and turned his thoughts to the Gold. Pity, perhaps if...no nevermind. He said and closed his black orbs.

Saint was wakened by the racket the golden male was making. He got out of bed and rubbed the sleep from his eyes. After stretching his wings, he leaped out his window for a short fly to wake himself up as he did everytime he awoke. He wanted to kill Alayna, but had no idea how powerful the woman was.If he could find a way for her to sample some of her power he could get a good idea on what he was up against.

The gold beast growled at the scent of Saint the returned back to Night's Shadow. Pardon, what did you say. Do you have an idea for escaping. He pondered and snorted, little bits of blue flame spouted from his nostrils. Streaching out his wings he yawned, ivory fangs gleamed. Once again being hiden after the gold brute closed his mouth. The cage was fairly large, lucky him. Yet it was colder in winter and icy days then the other stalls/cages.

Seeing no one around, Night began to fly towards the fortress. He wanted to know what was going on, and he knew how to find out. As he flew he almost looked like a small silver dragon, for his wings were reflecting the moonlight, like the always did.

Saint was going to have to risk facing her full wrath, but he'd do anything to save his sons.He hatched a nice plan in his head as he silently descended into the fortress, but on the way he caught a glimpse of something shining in his eyes, and it wasn't a star or the moon.He swooped down at the light, thinking it's probably another fairy spy hired by the remaining villagers.

Night's Shadow sighed silently then spoke to the Gold once more Perhaps I have, just give me a bit to think it over.He said as he looked up through the now, thanks to Clamnor, roofless dragon stable, seeing what looked like a silver dragon, and Saint.
