A small teenager stood on a hill. It was apparent she was waiting for someone, as she was watching everything. Her pale eyes stood out in the darkness although her baggy, black clothing kept the rest of her hidden. A red sash wound itself around her middle and two swords had been stuck through. One was a black as night katana with silver specks scattered through it while the other was a silver scimitar, that glowed as if powered by its own source of light. A tatoo on her arm matched the dagger that was hidden in a pouch a her side, all except the name ingraved on its hilt. Lyra. That was this womans name. Only her parents had called her by her full name which was Lyranae but that did not matter. A breeze rustled by, stirring her black hair. As she raised her head to sniff, two fangs appeared on her lip. "Ryhket, I know you're there," She called out. A wolf stepped out from behind her. "When will a catch you off guard?" he said, smiling. Ryhket changed into a dark skinned boy dressed the same way as Lyra. Ryhket was demon,and could shape-shift at will, making him a good warrior. That is partly why Lyra had agreed to train him. So far, he was pretty good but had never managed to catch her in suprise.
