[shadow=black,left,300]Aliva continued to travel down the dirt path, with her guard. Hooves kicking up bit of damp dirt behind them as they traveled to the elven capital. The moonlight crawled up over the southern mountains, shining on the capital. As they neared the opening gates, Aliva muttered, "Good to be home, again" she sighed one of her pointed ears twitched once they past the guardian of the gates. He nodded as they walked through allowing them into the town/city.[/shadow]

A figure leaned against a building, watching with sharp, sparkling blue eyes as other's traveled the road. She was a woman, though she was wearing a black leather long sleeved top and pants, her mid-riff visiable. She had sharp features, and lightly tanned skin. She was slender, and tall with the look of an agile and gracefull cat about her. When the wind ruffled her long, waist-length, brown hair it revealed pointed ears, for she was really one of the Fair Folk, and Elven Maiden. Or more precisly and Elven Warrior, for upon her back were two twin swords, each silver with sapphires entwinned with silver in the pommels. Held in her hand was a finely crafted bow, though there was no evidence of a quiver about the warrior. When she moved her hands, light glinted off of two sapphires, also entwinned with silver, embedded in her palms. Curled about her shoulders was a very small dragoness, a blue crystal dragon to be exact. She had dazzling blue eyes, and leathery, azul, translucent wings. There were silver spines running along her back, and she had silver teeth and talons. The dragoness was special, for she could grow to any size she wished, though the biggest was her normal size, and that was about house-sized, for she was a small dragon in general. Though she might be small, she was devilishly fast, and had quite a few tricks to her. The Elf's name was Sora, the dragoness, and also her bonded's name was Sapphire. Sora's pack lay at her feet, and she didnt appear to be paying much attention to it. She didnt really need to, for it held nothing of real importance to her. All it held were a few of Sapphire's discarded scales, for when they dropped off of her they turned into real sapphires. There was also a few strands of silver, and a few other precious jems along with some food. They didnt carry much with them, and Sora didnt want to lose the pack, but it truely wasnt on her top list of priorities, she wasnt really one for material things.

Aliva noticed a shadowy figure in the streets as she trotted. Heading toward the center of the city, where the large stone castle of the king & queen ruled. Her eyes narrowing as she felt the eyes of many other elves follow her and her guard.
((Sorry for shortness))

Sora tilted her head slightly in a nod, knowing she had been noticed. She slowly stood up, no longer leaning against the wall, and began to follow Aliva. She was curious about who she was, a person with such a large guard. She had to admit that she hadnt been in the city for quite a while, so she didnt really know what was going on. Sapphire stretched slightly, before curling up once more about Sora's shoulders, her tail looped lightly about her bonded's neck. ~You never know what is going on in citys.~ she thought, her mental voice full of amusement. It sounded like a bubbling brook, to anyone she spoke to. (lol tis okay, often I have short posts also)

((HEH,HEh, Heh, heh...))
Aliva looked at her guard as the two approached the castle. Fire torches at the sides of the roads made her pupils dance around wildly. Coming to the entrance, Aliva muttered a few words to the gate guard. He nodded and motioned for the wallsmen to open the gates. She watched as the metal gates slowly opened allowing her to enter. Once the reached the horse post the two tied their horses reins to it. Walking to the castles double-doors.

(-sighs- I could have sworn that I replied to this last night.....oh well) Sora watched this, she must be important, but she also looked like she could be interesting conversation. She sighed, not really wanting to reveal who she was just yet, and walked around to the wall. Sapphire flew upwards, and told Sora that there were no gaurds here just yet. This made Sora smile, and in moments she was up and over the wall, landing softly on the ground on the other side. She had used a touch of magic to get her over the wall, not really enough to rouse any sense of alarm of those who could sense magic. The only thing that was left on the other side, was a small cloud of dust, where the air had been moved about.

Aliva sence magic being used, but ignored the random thought and entered the castle. A raven screeched and dove down at them before rising upward back into the rafts above. the male elf stood there alarmed and looked up at the raven. Wonder how that got in here... He turnback to Aliva and nodded, she slowly approached the staircase. Which lead up to where the main royal room was, where the king a queen sat lazily on the thrones. The male stood and awkwardly scratched his elbow. He was staying at the entrance with two other guards to make sure no one interupts this conversation. Between royaltly and warrior.

Sora stopped following them as she saw no way to follow into the room. She glanced at Sapphire, ~Follow and listen to them, please?~ she asked, as she hide in a small alcove around the corner.
Sapphire nodded, then shrank to a very small size, flying silently over the gaurds heads. She flew straight up into the rafters, following the path of the raven. She crouched there, her tail tip twitching as she watched and listened, Sora doing the same through her bonded's eyes and ears.

Aliva entered the royal room, bowing down low before the king and queen. "I have new that would please you and anger you M'Lord." She said quickly looking over her shoulder to see the door closed.
"The troops of Silnoska are winning the battle against the forces of evil." "Good" he said in a low voice. "Now what is the bad news?"
Aliva lowered her head and muttered somthing before looking up. "The dragon's egg has been stolen from Lord Halitor's warriors. We cann't track where they have hidden with the egg." she quickly said sighing.
The king slowly rose, his face reddened. "What!? You mean?" The elven shook her head up and now.
